Office Manager | Charlotte, NC
What You'll Do
The Office Manager will be responsible for various administrative duties for the DTC Support Team as well as the ABV Charlotte Office. The Office Manager’s role will have a focus on supporting technical projects, ensuring a high level of organization while facilitating a pleasant work environment. The Office Manager should exude a positive customer service attitude while maintaining effective communication.
Reports to: Director, DTC Operations
DTC Support
- DTC Support Software Management: including user enrollment, site updates, user permission settings, other actions as needed for SharePoint, ScheduleFly, Tripleseat, Untappd, Approve for Good, eCommerce B2B/B2C, Kevin’s Worldwide, and others
- New Manager/DTC Support Technology Support; system setups, computer setup, general new user support
- Merchandise eCommerce Support; including item stock management, descriptors and tags, sale management, site organization, seasonal planning, etc.
- Assist in maintenance of Master Merchandise Catalogue and New Item Builds
- Manage Merchandise Shop and Donation email inboxes; respond to messages as needed and escalate accordingly
- Oversight of Donation Software (Approve for Good); update offerings quarterly, monitor budgeting, send monthly reporting
- Perform general administrative tasks to include scheduling meetings, organizing and distributing newsletter, etc.
- Organization and disbursement of monthly ServSafe, Cicerone, and Certified Cider Guide completion tracking
- Special projects and other duties related to DTC support as assigned
Office Management
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality while processing mail, communications, and filling
- Lead Charlotte Brew Crew; with a focus on employee engagement, community service efforts, and budget management
- Oversee office and kitchen supply inventory and ensure cleanliness and organization of the employee breakroom and office space
- Coordinate with property manager/contractors for general office repairs and to maintain the office condition
- Manage the Charlotte office FedEx account, maintain shipping supplies, and assist employees as needed
- Coordinate and greet visitors, vendors, and customers – direct to correct personnel
- Manage corporate distribution lists and organizational information, supporting timely internal communications.
- Provide coordination support for company-wide annual events, key meetings, and executive calendars
- Administer employee access to company platforms and corporate cards, including user support
- Provide administrative and operational support to the C-suite, including tasks and projects as assigned
- Special projects and other duties related to administrative support as assigned
Who We're Looking For
- College degree and 2+ years’ office manager experience
- Strong computer skills and internet research capability, advanced proficiency in Word, Excel & Power Point
- Strong attention to detail, and highly organized
- Fast learner with experience and passion for learning new/different technology systems
- Proven ability to remain flexible and manage several tasks simultaneously
- Robust verbal and written communication skills
- Confident, self-driven personality with a proactive mindset for resolving issues and finding solutions
- Experience with Compeat, Toast and Paytronix is highly preferred
- Passion for craft beer, cider, and spirits is desired
